Returns Policy

How Returns Work

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products we supply.

If your item/s is faulty please send us a picture where the fault is clearly visible to [email protected] quoting your order number and we will do the rest. 

Our returns policy covers damaged or faulty goods and extends for a period of 14 days. 

In the event that it is unsuitable or not to your liking, we will issue you an RAC (Return Authorisation Code). However, this request must be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods via email, and the items must be returned within 5 working days. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a refund may be refused: Any item not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original order to you will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and do not accept responsibility for undelivered returns.
