Returns Policy

How Returns Work

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.

Customised Items

As many of our products are personalised or made to order, these items cannot usually be cancelled or refunded once an order has been placed. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

If your circumstances change, please contact us as soon as possible ([email protected]). Where production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order at our discretion.

Please note that any artwork, digitising or sampling already completed may be chargeable and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Customised Items (Unwanted Returns)

If you wish to return a non-customised item that is not faulty:

  • You must request a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) within 14 working days of receiving your order. (Email: [email protected])
  • Items must be returned within 5 working days of receiving your RAC

Returns may be refused or partially refunded if items are not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, but if you have any concerns, please chat with our team: 0118 3044 708 / [email protected] They’ll be happy to advise you on the options available and support you through the process.

Delivery Issues & Undelivered Items

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Items will be held for 60 days from the date they are returned to us. If we do not receive further instructions within this time, we will be unable to process a refund.

Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original delivery cost will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or undelivered in transit.
